Great staff, very competitive pricing, good selection. Staff helped troubleshoot when I had issues. My dogs are feeling great, I've had issues in the past with skin issues, ear problems and two very picky dogs that were very difficult to keep weight on, even with the best kibble. Switch to raw, skin issues gone and the two picky ones just about do back flips at meal time.

Price and quality is there but their consistency in product has been failing the last 10 months. Last 20 bags I have bought have been very inconsistent in product size and weight. The 50lb 1lb bricks and 25 lb 1/2lb bricks you don’t know what you are getting. I buy 2 of each every month. Sometimes half the bag in a 50lb had only 1/2lb bricks instead of 1lb or sometimes 1/4 lb bricks and the 25lb bag would have half the bag with bricks that are less than half the size of what they should be. Then to make matters worse if you don’t order your dog food a week in advance and miss it you risk the store won’t have any of what you need as they sell out fast. Seems to be demand is more than what the company can handle.

Best raw dog food and treats around. Most raw food has some water weight - so it's not as filling and makes the cost of feeding raw food more extraordinary than it needs to be. Complete k9 is the best raw food - my dogs love the selection but we also hope you bring back the whole quails as part of your selection!

Ordered Junior Puppy Cubes Chicken and beef. Inconsistent size (2 inch?) and two different products in the bag. Some was rotten and foul smelling and clearly a different color. When I contacted by phone and email with photos of product.Here was the was response:You can bring the product to our storefront for an exchange or;Keep the product in your freezer and place a new order for next month. Great price and selection. The once/month delivery to Red Deer and area pickup points is a huge bonus. Our young Virgil is very happy and it’s rare he leaves any scraps in his bowl if he’s on a meat he likes.
